Remember 'The Strongest Kid In The World'? This Is How He Looks Now!

Remember the Little Hercules whose photographs of posing as a bodybuilder went viral some years ago?

Let us know about him and see what he is up to.

Richard Sandrak, also known as The Little Hercules was famous as a child for being a bodybuilder. His photographs of posing as a bodybuilder and showing off his muscles and body had gone viral some years ago.

Richard's father was a Martial Arts World Champion and his mother was an aerobics trainer and competitor. Thus, as a child, bodybuilding was is obvious choice. Richard could benchpress 180 pounds only when he was 6 years old. He was able to benchpress 210 pounds by the age of 8 years. He was very flexible as well. Reports suggest that it was Richard's father who had introduced him to bodybuilding. He was back then known as the strongest kid in the world. Richard would do 600 push-ups a day, besides 300 squats.

Richard had dedicated his entire time in bodybuilding, right in his childhood. Thus, as a child, he had no friends to play with.

Richard's trainer had quit after he came to a conclusion that Richard's father Pavel's parenting was criminal. Pavel threatened to kill the trainer, and was imprisoned. His wife (Richard's mother) left him. Richard cut all the ties with his family after his father abused his mother.

Richard came back to spotlight in 2015. In an Inside Edition interview, Richard said that he quit bodybuilding, when he was bored with it and his father was arrested. He now does cardio-exercises by doing chin-ups, stair climbing and riding on his skate board. He also said that he would like to become an engineer for NASA. He currently works as a stuntman in an attraction for Universal Studios for Hollywood.

Richard was born in 1992, which means he is only 24 now. So, anything can happen. We wish our Little Hercules the best of luck for his life ahead.
As the cost of traditional long-term care insurance (LTCI) has dramatically increased, linked benefit and life insurance policies with riders that allow access to the death benefit while alive have gained a lot of attention as alternative strategies.
